Such environment can make human body fatigued, fretted, and dull, which results in low work efficiency and high production accidents. Therefore, the negative pressure fans become the most cost-effective choice to solve this problem.


    The negative pressure fans equipped with CTID intelligent rare-earth permanent magnet motors have more advantages such as large ventilation volume and fast ventilation speed, as well as high energy efficiency.     Conclusion after contrast

    The negative pressure fan configured with CTID motor saves 28% electricity than the traditional one and the ventilation volume is larger. If the speed regulating characteristic of CTID motor is fully used together with the speed control panel, the power can be maximumly saved more than 40%, and the ventilation volume can be maximumly increased more than 1 times.

     

    Measurement of power saving

    Electricity bill: 0.6/kw.h 。

    A)   Run 24 hours a day, keep running 365 days in a whole year.

    Power saving for a single fan is (1.55-1.118)╳24╳365╳0.6=2,270  yuan a year.

    Power saving for all fans (35pcs) is 2270 ╳35=79,450 yuan a year. 

    B)Run 24 hours a day in Summer and Autumn, 12 hours a day in Spring and Winter, equally run 24 hours for 275 days a year.

    Power saving for a single fan is (1.55-1.118)╳24╳275╳0.6=1,710 yuan a year.

    Power saving for all fans (35pcs) is 1710 ╳35=59,875 yuan a year. 

     

    Economic returns

    To sum up, although the price of traditional negative pressure fan is lower than that of the permanent magnet one, the negative pressure fans equipped with CTID rare-earth permanent magnet motor can recover the cost of the extra investment within one and a half years according to the calculation based on the power saving benefits of actual operating conditions (full working in summer and autumn, half in winter and spring), and will save the customer at least 600,000 yuan in electricity bills in the following 10 years.
